Boardrooms are experiencing significant transformation. The older model of boardroom leadership is obsolete. The new age of governance requires diversity of thought in the boardroom; and that doesn't happen if a board is pale, male, and stale.
Boardrooms now need a different combination of skills and talents that far exceed the capabilities of a stale boardroom. There is an increasing demand for a new way of thinking.
But, where does this new insight come from? And, how are boardrooms able to take advantage of this new thought process?
To address all this, I want to introduce you to Gloria Feldt. Gloria is a nationally acclaimed expert on women, power, and authentic leadership and Glamour’s Woman of the Year.
In today’s episode, we explore how women add unique and valuable insight and why they’re essential to boardroom success. Gloria will help prepare us to understand women’s relationship with power and how they help boardrooms to achieve their leadership goals!
